The Training and Placement Cell has started with a vision to provide EXCELLENT TRAINING to the candidates so that they can work in multinational companies and also can become GOOD ENTREPRENEURS. The training imparted to students from their freshman year till they are placed in a suitable job is aimed at shaping the individuals into not just employable products but into assets to their employers.

Our career guidance programs and campus recruitments ensure better job prospects and career-building opportunities for students. The placement cell, with dedicated and skilled personnel, interacts with corporations and professionals from diverse industry domains. Industry-ready programs are designed for students for placement activities.
The pedagogy at CIMS requires students to take up summer internships under the guidance of a faculty member at the end of the second semester. Such programmes allow our scholars to analyse different career prospects and choose the path they wish to pursue. The summer internship projects aim to build strong foundational skills through a hands-on approach.
The placement cell notifies the availability of projects to prospective interns through regular emails. Once students respond to these emails, they are grouped to conduct preliminary interviews. Following this, students are offered permission through official letters from the companies to proceed with their assigned work. On successful completion of the internship, the project report is evaluated by a panel of examiners.
